The roadmap shall discuss both the challenges and opportunities that have shaped the energy sector in the past years and from there develop a way forward. Specifically, the roadmap should be application oriented and consider all relevant stakeholders so as to provide a comprehensible guideline for the Government of India. Provision of a Digital Twin-The purpose of this tender is to engage a qualified Digital Twin Software and Service provider (DT Provider) to support the implementation of the DT initiative under the PtX Fund. The DT Provider is expected to deliver services supporting both planning and implementation phases of PtX twin models during project development and execution, including: • Data collection and preparation of a technology database. • Development of project-specific DT conceptual and mathematical models (in collaboration with the Grant Recipient). • Design and techno-economic optimization of the Project (in collaboration with the Grant Recipient). • Yield simulation and simplified financial modelling, including calculation and optimization of key performance indicators such as Levelized Cost of Hydrogen (LCOH), Levelized Cost of Ammonia (LCOA), or other green products. • Sensitivity analysis, scalability testing, and risk management. Call for Tenders: Development of Training Package on disability-inclusive Food Security in humanitarian action-We are looking for a consultant or group of consultants to develop an accessible training package on disability-inclusive Food Security in humanitarian action. Within the Phase 4 – Leave no one behind! project, we aim to develop an accessible training package to be delivered Face to Face or online, consisting of 7–9 modules on inclusive Food Security in humanitarian action. The direct target audience of the training package are practitioners and programmers, as well as trainers and facilitators who will deliver the training package themselves with and without disabilities from the humanitarian field working in the Food Security sector. The indirect target audience participating in both courses will include humanitarian actors with and without disabilities. The training modules aim to sensitise, increase understanding and support first skills development among Humanitarian Actors on the inclusion of persons with disabilities in Food Security programming, e.g. needs assessments, planning and monitoring, as well as accountability to affected population. The bidder should have: Proven strong experience in packaging content for interactive face-to-face training and sensitization modules, as well as Training of Trainer packages for humanitarian audiences (samples of work will be requested upon shortlisting) Proven strong experience in working on disability-inclusive Food Security in humanitarian action Experience working with audiences in an inclusive manner, that is persons with and without disabilities Demonstrated experience in working with accessible online collaboration platforms for training such as e.g. Padlet, Mural, Jamboard, Cryptopad or similar Experience on working on disability, age, gender, protection mainstreaming, and Food Security Knowledge and/or experience in producing accessible digital materials Excellence in English As persons with disabilities were involved in most of the training modules developed, we strongly encourage, also for this piece of work, applications of consultants that are persons with lived experience of disability and/or consultants working in partnership with Organizations of Persons with Disabilities.

EUSPA-OP-25-25 EUSPA Communication Services - An open procedure is planned to be launched by the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) in due course for provision of integrated communication services. The scope of the Framework Contract (FWC) to result from the procedure will include Editorial, Web, Graphics, Multimedia, and Public and Media Outreach activities focusing on EU Space. The FWC, which is envisaged to be an inter-institutional multiple FWC in cascade with maximum 3 contractors and the EUSPA as well as the European Commission acting as co-contracting authorities, will encompass a wide range of services aimed at supporting communication activities related to EU Space, including professional editorial work, the development and management of web content and websites, creative graphic design including digital approach, the production of multimedia materials, and strategic public and media outreach initiatives. C3S2_412_bis Enhanced C3S Energy Service-ECMWF, as the Entrusted Entity for the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S), invites Tenders to enhance the C3S Energy Service. The requirements are split into two Lots: co-development of online seasonal demonstrators and tools with champion energy users (Lot 1), and maintenance of operational services for the energy sector (Lot 2). For each Lot, ECMWF intends to award a single Framework Agreement for a period of maximum 33 months, which shall be implemented via a single multi-annual Service Contract expected to commence in April 2026. Tenderers are invited to submit their Tenders for either one or both Lots. Note that the expertise required for each Lot strongly differ. In cases where a Tenderer opts to submit Tenders for the two Lots, it is mandatory that each Tender is presented as a separate submission, with its own set of documents, including but not limited to, technical proposals, pricing tables and any required supporting documents.
