Advanced Methods for Y-0 Nowcasting for Energy Balances, Energy Indicators and Individual Energy Flows and Products - The main objectives of this project are: - to develop a refined methodology compared to the previous study based on ARIMA and ESTAT work with ARIMAX, by using suitable econometrics models and machine learning models, tuned for the different fuels, flows and countries, for estimating with high accuracy the ongoing year energy flows and fuels, primary and final energy consumption and annual balance; - to prove for 4 reference years that these estimates have high accuracy for individual fuels and flows in each of the covered countries; - to develop a set of tools Eurostat can use in the future to make these estimates.

‘Meetings for EU Neighbourhood Countries- LOS: Titel: Meetings for Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia Beschreibung: Eurostat is seeking to acquire the services from external contractors to organise three High-Level Seminars, arrange participation of the Eastern Neighbourhood countries to the 2026 and 2028 Quality Conferences, including the training day, and arrange participation of a maximum total of 30 persons to selected statistical cooperation events, as described in these technical specifications. LOS: Titel: Meetings for Southern Neighbourhood countries Beschreibung: Eurostat is seeking to acquire services from external contractors to organise three Forum meetings, organise participation of 9 participants from the Southern Neighbourhood countries in each of the 2026 and 2028 Quality Conferences, including the training day, as well as organise a total of six meetings with the Southern Neighbourhood countries in the format of PNC meetings and/or WG meetings/workshops as described in these technical specifications. Three of the meetings with the Southern Neighbourhood countries will be onsite and three will be in online format.-WERT: 740 000,00 EUR
