Provision of interim workers services to the Agency for Support for BEREC (BEREC Office) - The objective of this call for tenders is the conclusion of a framework contract in cascade with up to 3 (three) contractors for the provision of interim workers services to the BEREC Office. The overall objective of the framework contract(s) is to provide the BEREC Office with the necessary interim workers services in a timely fashion and in line with the profiles requested. The BEREC Office may need interim workers as a complement to its staff under the following, indicative but not limited, circumstances: a. Temporary replacement of BEREC Office staff member(s) in the event of (long-term) absences or leave; b. Periods of heavy workload, which require additional workforce for a fixed period of time; c. Specific projects and/or tasks, to be performed on a temporary basis, which require specific competences.

C3S2_412_bis Enhanced C3S Energy Service-ECMWF, as the Entrusted Entity for the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S), invites Tenders to enhance the C3S Energy Service. The requirements are split into two Lots: co-development of online seasonal demonstrators and tools with champion energy users (Lot 1), and maintenance of operational services for the energy sector (Lot 2). For each Lot, ECMWF intends to award a single Framework Agreement for a period of maximum 33 months, which shall be implemented via a single multi-annual Service Contract expected to commence in April 2026. Tenderers are invited to submit their Tenders for either one or both Lots. Note that the expertise required for each Lot strongly differ. In cases where a Tenderer opts to submit Tenders for the two Lots, it is mandatory that each Tender is presented as a separate submission, with its own set of documents, including but not limited to, technical proposals, pricing tables and any required supporting documents. RV Management consulting on the future operational organization of FAIR/GSI Beschreibung: A consulting contract is tendered with the start of the contract for the award. The award of the contractual activity is put out to tender as a service. The start of services takes place no later than 2 weeks after the award of the contract and ends with the final approval / acceptance of the concept. The service must be completed no later than 6 months after the contract has been awarded. The client estimates the expenditure at a maximum of 150 consultant days. Digital Workplace Services-The EBA needs a service of IT helpdesk, service desk or support service to solve IT issues encountered by EBA staff in the performance of their tasks. The procurement procedure shall result in a framework contract with a narrow scope and a very specific service delivery model for the helpdesk, with SLA, KPIs, incidents per year, customer satisfaction rating, rating expectation, all linked to contractor incentives and penalties. The scope of the services is to provide helpdesk services related to: - the management of end-user hardware and solving issues related to it (PCs, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, screens, accessories/ peripheral equipment), including keeping inventory of hardware; - the use of end-user software (Windows, iOS, MS Office, Azure, various other software products, apps); - the management of domain accounts, network folders, mailboxes, distribution lists, etc.; - the use of desktop telecommunications tools and software (i.e. phone, email, WebEx, Teams); - the use of audiovisual and connectivity equipment in meeting rooms (i.e. screens, microphones, cameras, meeting room connections to MS Teams calls and meetings and to WebEx calls occasionally); - the VIP support provided for senior management and directors, available via MS Teams and phone. The service shall be provided by a team both off and onsite. Provision of a Digital Twin-The purpose of this tender is to engage a qualified Digital Twin Software and Service provider (DT Provider) to support the implementation of the DT initiative under the PtX Fund. The DT Provider is expected to deliver services supporting both planning and implementation phases of PtX twin models during project development and execution, including: • Data collection and preparation of a technology database. • Development of project-specific DT conceptual and mathematical models (in collaboration with the Grant Recipient). • Design and techno-economic optimization of the Project (in collaboration with the Grant Recipient). • Yield simulation and simplified financial modelling, including calculation and optimization of key performance indicators such as Levelized Cost of Hydrogen (LCOH), Levelized Cost of Ammonia (LCOA), or other green products. • Sensitivity analysis, scalability testing, and risk management.
