Media relations and reputation management services Beschreibung: The overall objective for these services is to work with the ECMWF Copernicus Services’ Communications team to implement the ECMWF Copernicus Services (CAMS and C3S) Communication Strategy, concretely to deliver the media. The Communication Strategy serves as a guide for the Communication team and the external service providers to achieve ECMWF Copernicus Services’ communication goals. The aims and supporting objectives for communication are mainly to increase awareness, understanding and ultimately usage of Copernicus as a whole and of C3S and CAMS specifically, and building authority and credibility of the programme. ECMWF intends to award a single Framework Agreement for a period of maximum 36 month, which shall be implemented via a single Service Contract expected to commence in October 2025. -

C3S2_311_bis Rescue, Collection, and Processing of In Situ Observations Beschreibung: The overall objective for these services is to improve access to available in situ instrumental data records and to data streams from observing networks, as needed for climate change monitoring and climate science. Goals to be addressed by the services described in the tender include: improvement of the historical instrumental record by means of support to data rescue activities, quality control and homogenisation of in situ observations; harmonisation of access to data from major international archives of climate observations as well as specialised networks of observing sites; development of merged collections of in situ observations suitable for climate reanalysis; development of high-resolution gridded datasets from in situ observations over Europe that are suitable for climate monitoring. The services shall enhance the access offer for ‘recent’ observations, with proper labelling of differences in quality as compared to near-real-time observations (‘reprocessed’ versus ‘initial’). Recent developments such as greater availability of open-access observations shall be exploited. ECMWF intends to award a single Framework Agreement for a period of maximum 34 months, which shall be implemented via a single Service Contract expected to commence in Q3 2025.-WERT: 4 900 000,00 EUR

Framework Service Contract for Web Development (Horizon Europe projects MERGE and MAPS)-These projects will both have a number of web development and design needs over the next 2.5 years (see timeframe under “conditions and evaluation criteria”) to contribute to our Sustainable Prosperity website, which uses Wagtail CMS, written in Python, hosted with the German hosting provider STRATO (includes a staging and a production server). For this reason, we offer a framework service contract for a partner who can deliver within three main work areas, plus handover from our previous web development & design team.-WERT: 58 823,53 EUR
