Consulting services for the implementation of nutrition and gender- transformative approaches under FANSER - (1) Establishing and facilitating the community-based care group model together with the decentralised structures of the Ministry of Health; (2) Establishing and facilitating the Saving and Internal Lending Communities (SILC, a village-based saving and lending approach) together with the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services; (3) Developing and implementing concepts to enable gender equality with a focus on joint decision making in the rural households related nutrition, agriculture and WASH aspects. For this, the contractor shall work with and through traditional and church leadership structures. In addition, the contractor shall contribute to improving services related to family planning for youth through so-called "youth-friendly corners" which are part of rural health facilities; (4) Developing and implementing capacity development approaches for relevant government staff (mostly at district level) to increase their technical, organisational and leadership skills with the aim of increasing their ability to provide nutrition related services independently.

Service Framework Contract for the provision of “Support to European Military Airworthiness Requirements (EMAR) Development, Implementation and Training” - The overall objective of this call for tenders is the provision of subject matter expertise to support EDA in managing the activities of the MAWA Forum. More specifically, the expertise shall include: a) an in-depth knowledge of the development and content of the EASA regulations (plus their associated supporting documentation); b) adequate knowledge of military aviation environment, including initial certification and continuing airworthiness procedures to be able to provide the MAWA Forum with the specialist advice and guidance needed; c) an understanding of the implications of any military-specific proposals considered during the development of the necessary documents and/or their updates; d) adequate knowledge of the EMAR system applicable to military aviation as well as its specificities compared to the EASA PARTs environment, applicable to civil aviation; e) adequate knowledge in defining military airworthiness certification criteria and airworthiness codes to propose changes and amendments to the EMACC; adequate knowledge of civil and military certification procedures, especially in the definition of Type Certification Basis (TCB) to improve the usability of the EMACC Handbook and Guidebook. g) in-depth knowledge of the typical organisation, responsibilities, tasks, staff competence, processes & procedures of an Airworthiness Authority competent in Initial/Continued/Continuing Airworthiness domains.

EUSPA-OP-29-24 Integrated Communication Services- An open procedure is planned to be launched by the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) in due course for provision of integrated communication services. The scope of the Framework Contract (FWC) to result from the procedure will include Editorial, Web, Graphics, Multimedia, and Public and Media Outreach activities focusing on EU Space. The FWC, which is envisaged to be an inter-institutional multiple FWC in cascade with maximum 3 contractors and the EUSPA as well as the European Commission acting as co-contracting authorities, will encompass a wide range of services aimed at supporting communication activities related to EU Space, including professional editorial work, the development and management of web content and websites, creative graphic design including digital approach, the production of multimedia materials, and strategic public and media outreach initiatives.

Knowledge production and knowledge sharing in the field of Human Capital Development (HCD) - The European Training Foundation (ETF) is the European Union Agency that supports countries outside the EU in improving their human capital development, in the context of European Union (EU) external relations policies. Currently the ETF cooperates at country and regional level with the countries of the EU Neighbourhood and Enlargement regions, and in Central Asia, as well as contributing to the EU external policies and programmes in other regions and with the African Union in response to specific requests from the European Commission. The objective of this tender is to support the ETF work with the production of reliable knowledge, evidence and analysis in specific topics in the field of Human Capital Development as well as to strengthen the ETF’s role in sharing it both within and outside the EU. . Support to Eurostat in the area of Commercial Real Estate Indicators -The purpose of this call is to support EU Member States and EFTA countries in the ongoing development of CREI and to deliver the first complete Manual on these indicators. In light of recent legislative developments, there is a need to reshape the approach to technical assistance, not only to continue supporting NSIs and NCBs in developing and implementing the CREI as mandated by future legislation, but also to make more efficient use of technical assistance resources, with a view to gradually ensuring their continuous availability beyond contractual limitations. The Manual aims to provide both conceptual and practical guidance to compilers involved in the production of CREI, thereby supporting the development of official statistics in this domain and enhancing international comparability. It will be based on existing drafts of seven chapters, developed under previous contract agreements (the most recent of which ended in February 2025), and will follow a predefined outline consisting of eight chapters in total.

High Resolution Layers Vegetated Land Cover Characteristics (HRL VLCC) - Production of reference years 2025-2028 - (1) the yearly update of the High Resolution Layer (HRL) Vegetated Land Cover Characteristics (VLCC) products for the 2025 to 2028 reference years thereby giving continuity to the HRL VLCC datasets produced under the framework contract awarded following open call for tenders EEA/DIS/R0/21/013 and under the direct service contract awarded following negotiated procedure EEA/DIS/R0/24/015 with the contractor of the framework contract (hereafter ‘the current VLCC contracts’); (2) to support communication and user uptake activities around that suite of products; (3) to have a consultancy task for exploratory activities when and if needed; and (4) to ensure continuous storage and dissemination of the products. HRL VLCC is within the HRL suite of products.
