Work package 1 is concerned with curriculum development and implementation of learning programs for 2 new areas (NEV"s and H2) and to implement learning programs for 600 participants, of whom 225 women. Work package 2 of the programme is concerned with the development and implementation of the women in energy initiative that aims to identify employment potential in the energy sector in South Africa. Work package 3 of the programme is concerned with the support to DHET to integrate labour market intelligence into DHET"s new JET Skills Desk. This entails to further develop the JET skills research repository and NCAP. Work package 4 of the programme is concerned with the implementation of an idea competition for local subsidies with the objective to promote inclusive (for women and persons with disabilities) innovative employment promotion approaches in the context of just transition. High Resolution Layers Vegetated Land Cover Characteristics (HRL VLCC) - Production of reference years 2025-2028 - (1) the yearly update of the High Resolution Layer (HRL) Vegetated Land Cover Characteristics (VLCC) products for the 2025 to 2028 reference years thereby giving continuity to the HRL VLCC datasets produced under the framework contract awarded following open call for tenders EEA/DIS/R0/21/013 and under the direct service contract awarded following negotiated procedure EEA/DIS/R0/24/015 with the contractor of the framework contract (hereafter ‘the current VLCC contracts’); (2) to support communication and user uptake activities around that suite of products; (3) to have a consultancy task for exploratory activities when and if needed; and (4) to ensure continuous storage and dissemination of the products. EUSPA-OP-29-24 Integrated Communication Services- An open procedure is planned to be launched by the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) in due course for provision of integrated communication services. The scope of the Framework Contract (FWC) to result from the procedure will include Editorial, Web, Graphics, Multimedia, and Public and Media Outreach activities focusing on EU Space. The FWC, which is envisaged to be an inter-institutional multiple FWC in cascade with maximum 3 contractors and the EUSPA as well as the European Commission acting as co-contracting authorities, will encompass a wide range of services aimed at supporting communication activities related to EU Space, including professional editorial work, the development and management of web content and websites, creative graphic design including digital approach, the production of multimedia materials, and strategic public and media outreach initiatives.
