Conflict Zones Platform-EASA shall issue recommendations and disseminate relevant information to National Aviation Authorities (NAAs) and natural and legal persons subject to the EASA Basic Regulation in case of risks to civil aviation arising from conflict zones. In this context, information sharing is a key enabler allowing to react in a timely manner to an urgent concern affecting the safety of aircraft operation, including the risks to civil aviation arising from conflict zones. Therefore, there is a need to provide the Agency with a tool allowing to disseminate credible information to air operators and Member States related to conflict zones developments so that they could be in a position to conduct their risk assessments in an informed manner and decide on their operations. The tool should also enable interactions between EASA, operators and Member States. Global Postal Digital Inclusive Finance Program (GPDIFP) Project Management-This call for tenders concerns the provision of project management services to the UPU to support the launch and deployment for the Global Postal Digital Inclusive Finance Program (hereinafter referred to as the “GPDIFP” or “Program”). The Program aims, in particular, to support UPU member countries and their designated operators (DOs) concerning solutions and tools to enhance their digital inclusive finance capabilities and relevant digital capabilities to bring the financially excluded or unbanked populations into the formal financial system. Event Facility 2025-2026 - FPI.1/2/3 NDICI-The core business of the European Commission’s Service for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI) is to put EU foreign policy into action – fast and flexibly – in a policy-driven approach. It acts as first responder to foreign policy needs and opportunities, focusing on conflict prevention and peace as well as on leveraging the EU’s influence in the world. The Service plays a crucial role in translating the European Commission’s political priorities into external action, in line with the EU’s Global Strategy for Foreign and Security Policy. FPI operates through five Regional Teams (plus antennas) in EU Delegations around the world covering the Americas, West and Central Africa, East and Southern Africa, the Middle East, and the Asia and Pacific regions. Additionally FPI maintains a presence at the EU Delegations in Vienna and Kyiv to cover the Europe and Central Asia region. To support its mandate, FPI intends to organise a series of events throughout 2025-2026. These events will inform the planning of interventions under the Instruments and the FPI managed activities, will ensure visibility and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FPI actions, and strengthen key working relationships with stakeholders.
