European Cluster Collaboration Platform- The European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP) aims to better connect clusters and ecosystems across the EU to facilitate the strengthening and creation of EU value chains, use clusters as investment hotspots and implement the green and digital transition of the industrial ecosystems. As such, the ECCP provides a number of services to the cluster community to collaborate (partner search, matchmaking events, project labs, events for clusters and regional authorities, cluster exchanges, etc.) and build capacity (regular webinars on industrial policy developments, trainings, information sessions, green transition support). The ECCP also collects data to provide data-driven information and feedback for industrial and cluster policy.

Circular Economy and Water Facility - The contractor will provide technical assistance to the design and implementation of interventions (Actions, Team Europe Initiatives, Global Gateway flagships and investments, including the use of financial instruments), and to the provision of policy analyses, relevant knowledge, data and tools, and to the mobilisation of private sector and financial institutions, in the field of circular economy and water. Services are provided on a demand-driven basis to partner countries, EU Delegations and INTPA services to contribute to the circular economy transition, to the access to water, sanitation and hygiene for all, and to the integrated approach of natural resources and water management. The support builds on the needs of partner countries, EU delegations and EU private sector, while leveraging EUs competitive offer. Services will target Directorate General INTPA partner countries and regions, as well as global programs.

European Hydrogen Refuelling Stations Availability System-Procurement of services for the operation, maintenance, and further development of the European Hydrogen Refuelling Stations Availability System (E-HRS-AS). The contractor will ensure continuity of the current platform and support compliance with new legal obligations under the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation (AFIR), in particular real- time data sharing with National Access Points (NAPs) and integration with the European data ecosystem (EAFO, TENtec). The services will cover platform hosting and maintenance, data availability from HRS, user experience improvements, technical upgrades, and stakeholder engagement. There is no existing framework contract that covers this specific combination of IT maintenance, AFIR compliance support, and data integration for hydrogen mobility. A new procurement is necessary to ensure regulatory alignment, data continuity, and functional improvements beyond the scope of the previous contract, while planning for the end of public funding.WERT: 600 000,00 EUR

3rd European skills and jobs survey: Data collection on the impact of digital and AI technologies on skills and competitiveness in EU workplaces

New European Bauhaus activities - Providing external technical assistance support to Member States’ authorities to uptake the New European Bauhaus in cohesion policy programmes for 2021-2027, through a call of expression of interest to be organised in Q1 2026, 10-15 programme authorities across the EU Member States will be selected and receive tailored expert support on the following non-exhaustive strands of action: Supporting calls for proposals: offering expert guidance to Managing Authorities and Implementing Bodies of cohesion policy programmes on effectively integrating the NEB principles in calls for proposals. This includes providing support and assistance to the creation of selection criteria and incorporation of NEB objectives into mainstream implementation. The support will also cover insights on how to incorporate NEB principles in alignment with the specific objectives, policies, and professional requirements of the calls, as well as information requirements regarding accompanying documents, such as feasibility studies. Supporting Project Assessment Criteria: providing expert advice on applying NEB principles within project assessment criteria.

Harmonized fire statistics as a tool for enhancing pan-European fire safety efforts - To test and finetune the methodology developed in the Pilot project “CLOSING DATA GAPS AND PAVING THE WAY FOR PAN-EUROPEAN FIRE SAFETY EFFORTS”. Project will support Member State authorities in testing the practical implementation and prepare the ground for the complete roll-out of the European level method for effective data collection. Generational renewal in agriculture – exploring which characteristics could increase youth demand for farming - This contract aims to collect primary data through on-line surveys, focus group discussions, semi-structured in-depth interview and online experiments that will inform the implementation of actions that make farming more attractive to young people both with and without farming background. The Commission will prepare draft version of all materials to be used in the data collection (questionnaires, discussion guides, and experimental designs). The contractor shall provide suggestions for improvement; program the surveys and experiments in their on-line survey platform of choice; recruit participants, assure completion of the tasks by the selected sample sizes meeting data quality, provide digital versions of the data; and report on data characteristics together with lessons learnt during the process.
