Banking Services for the SatCen - The objective of this call for tenders is to award a direct service contract to a reliable bank which will provide banking services for the SatCen’s day to day operations. The banking services will consist in the setting up and management of bank accounts. The SatCen will also require an internet banking service for balance/transaction reporting and payments. The SatCen seeks to maximize the profitability of its funds through the remuneration of its bank accounts. The SatCen will pay a yearly maintenance fee not exceeding 0.39% of the balance. Study to support the evaluation and review of Audiovisual Media Services Directive-Article 33 AVMSD requires that by 19 December 2026 at the latest, the Commission shall submit to the European Parliament and the Council an ex-post evaluation of the impact of the Directive and its added value, accompanied where appropriate by proposals for its review. This study will be the basis for such ex-post evaluation and possible review of the Directive. Additionally, Article 13 and Article 16 AVMSD require the Commission to report, based on the information provided by Member States and on an independent study, on the application of the AVMSD provisions concerning the promotion of European works,including independent productions in television programmes and on-demand services. The study will have five specific objectives: 1.) Provide the Commission with information and data about the application of the Directive, in particular in the aforementioned areas, in light of the developments of the EU audiovisual market, notably its increasing digitalisation; 2.) Provide the Commission with an objective quantitative and qualitative assessment of the Directive’s implementation, looking particularly at the most significant issues; 3.) With regard to Articles 13, 16 and 17, provide the Commission with information and data required for the monitoring of and reporting on the implementation of the AVMSD rules for the promotion of European works, including independent productions; 4.) Identify, where justified by the above assessment, possible regulatory updates / amendments to the Directive that could bring an improvement to its application and/or to the achievement of its objectives; 5.) Identify and impact-assess the policy options proposed to the Commission to implement the above identified regulatory updates / amendments. CAMS2_53b Development and provision of hot-spot emissions of CH4 from Copernicus Contributing Missions-This ITT is for providing quantitative estimates of methane emissions from large point sources around the world based on satellite data from the Copernicus Contributing Missions (CCM) programme. The Successful Tenderer shall use the observations of methane abundances in the atmosphere provided by the CCM satellite missions to derive emission estimates for the targeted local emission sources. The CCM programme is still being ramped up for atmospheric composition observations, which means that this ITT is meant to be exploratory to assess the added value of the CCM missions with regards to CAMS. This ITT therefore asks for an agile approach with optional activities that will be triggered by ECMWF, once sufficiently mature data from each of the satellites becomes available for use in this contract. Event Facility 2025-2026 - FPI.1/2/3 NDICI-The core business of the European Commission’s Service for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI) is to put EU foreign policy into action – fast and flexibly – in a policy-driven approach. It acts as first responder to foreign policy needs and opportunities, focusing on conflict prevention and peace as well as on leveraging the EU’s influence in the world. The Service plays a crucial role in translating the European Commission’s political priorities into external action, in line with the EU’s Global Strategy for Foreign and Security Policy. FPI operates through five Regional Teams (plus antennas) in EU Delegations around the world covering the Americas, West and Central Africa, East and Southern Africa, the Middle East, and the Asia and Pacific regions. Additionally FPI maintains a presence at the EU Delegations in Vienna and Kyiv to cover the Europe and Central Asia region. To support its mandate, FPI intends to organise a series of events throughout 2025-2026. These events will inform the planning of interventions under the Instruments and the FPI managed activities, will ensure visibility and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FPI actions, and strengthen key working relationships with stakeholders.
