Evaluierungsunterstützung Länderportfolioprüfung Serbien 2019-2025 Senior/Junior Beraterteam

Support to the implementation of the evaluation: Country Portfolio Evaluation of German Support to the Republic of Serbia between 2019 and 2025-DEval is looking for a consultant team consisting of a senior and junior consultant for participating in the evaluation, and particularly the data collection in Serbia. The senior evaluator and the junior evaluator shall apply as a team as they will be required to work together very closely for the implementation of this assignment. The objective of this consultancy is to support the DEval team regarding the implementation of the CPE in Serbia The consultant team will be involved in preparing the CPE thematically and logistically, preparing and jointly with DEval conducting the on-site data collection during the data collection phases in Belgrade(with potential in-country trips to project sites of approximately five days per consultant), and supporting the data analysis and follow-up work.
