GNSS Interference Impact Assessment-Airspaces used by European airlines in several areas of the world are subject to severe Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) degradations, outages and alterations. EASA has developed a tool to assess on a regular basis if it is sufficiently safe to operate civil transport flight operations in those areas, and to assess when an unsafe condition could be triggered. This tool works through analysis of different sources, including flight data broadcasted by aircraft and recorded by ground stations and satellites using the 1090Mhz Extended Squitter ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast) protocol. This contract is about the procurement of the ADS-B data required for the above assessment in the EASA tool.-WERT: 200 000,00 EUR

Monitoring of Avian Influenza and other animal health diseases-The objectives of this call are (i) to support EFSA and its data providers with the data collection, validation, analysis, and maintenance (of existing) or development (of new) tools necessary for the analysis of animal diseases data ; (ii) to provide generic support for the production of risk assessment outputs for the years 2026-2030, including implementation of the automation of processes ; and (iii) to create or maintain and update EFSA’s visualisation or analysis tools. 81318500-TVET and labour market support for the Just Transition in South Africa Beschreibung: This tender and subsequent contract is divided into five work packages. Work package 1 is concerned with curriculum development and implementation of learning programs for 2 new areas (NEV"s and H2) and to implement learning programs for 600 participants, of whom 225 women. Work package 2 of the programme is concerned with the development and implementation of the women in energy initiative that aims to identify employment potential in the energy sector in South Africa. Work package 3 of the programme is concerned with the support to DHET to integrate labour market intelligence into DHET"s new JET Skills Desk. This entails to further develop the JET skills research repository and NCAP. Work package 4 of the programme is concerned with the implementation of an idea competition for local subsidies with the objective to promote inclusive (for women and persons with disabilities) innovative employment promotion approaches in the context of just transition. Framework contract "Accelerated closure of open ERDF cases from Germany of 2007- 2013 programming period"-The subject of this call for tenders is to provide Directorate-General for Regional and Urban policy with a framework service contract to accelerate the closure of open ERDF cases from Germany of the 2007-2013 programming period by preparing case-by-case decisions on reported irrecoverable amounts, i.e. whether they should be borne by the EU budget or not, for a maximum of 80 cases over the duration of the framework contract. Monitoring and analysis services of the German media - The European Parliament launches this procedure aiming to award a framework contract for daily monitoring of written press (national/regional), audio-visual media (radio, TV) and the main online media (internet) in Germany. The purpose is to provide a timely, up-to-date compendium of daily information, in the form of press reviews, about the way in which topics of relevance to the European Parliament and the European Union are reported in the media. The European Parliament’s Directorate- General for Communication is seeking to ensure it has the best possible knowledge of the media coverage across the EU on topics related to the European Union, the European Parliament and the activities of its President and Members. Media analysis will ultimately help the EP to better communicate EU policies to EU citizens and specific target audiences. In order to achieve this, the EP relies partly on external expertise and assistance. Markterkundung - Service Provider for Iridium Tracker NAL9602-LP (SBD Only)-1. Background and Purpose We are seeking a service provider for Iridium-based NAL9602-LP trackers (SBD only), which are used to determine the landing location on land and sea of our civilian sounding rockets after descent by parachute. The trackers are not used during flight but solely for post-landing recovery operations and transmit GPS position data every 10 to 60 seconds via the Iridium satellite network. A web-based user interface is required to enable live tracking, device management, and export of position data. The solution must enable simultaneous real-time tracking of multiple devices and support accurate localization to facilitate quick and effective recovery operations in the field. 2.
