Harmonized fire statistics as a tool for enhancing pan-European fire safety efforts - To test and finetune the methodology developed in the Pilot project “CLOSING DATA GAPS AND PAVING THE WAY FOR PAN-EUROPEAN FIRE SAFETY EFFORTS”. Project will support Member State authorities in testing the practical implementation and prepare the ground for the complete roll-out of the European level method for effective data collection. Mapping support services for victims of VAW/DV in the EU-27 - The purpose of this project is to develop a harmonised set of indicators for classifying and measuring the availability and use of support services in the EU-27, thereby contributing to the standardisation of administrative data collection; it will also support the implementation and monitoring of the relevant provisions in both the Directive and the Istanbul Convention. In addition, the project will assess how various support services operate as part of an integrated support system. It will analyse specific barriers and challenges faced by vulnerable groups of women and children in accessing these services. To this end, the proposed methodology will incorporate an intersectional approach wherever feasible.

HUB for EU DEFENCE INNOVATION (HEDI): Technology watch, landscaping - Military Utility Assessment - Market consultation - Defence Innovation Training Courses - LOT 1: Technology Watch and Landscaping: Provision of a regular and structured AI supported assessment of worldwide technological developments across both defence and non-defence sectors, identifying emerging trends, weak signals, and dual-use innovations that could impact EU security and defence; LOT 2: Military Utility Assessment: Focuses on evaluating the potential military applications of emerging technologies, assessing their operational utility, and identifying pathways for adoption into defence capability development; LOT 3: Consultancy services for needs assessment, market research, and market consultations: Provision of expert consultancy support for conducting market research and facilitating structured market consultations to bridge gaps between innovation suppliers and defence users; LOT 4: Defence Innovation Training Courses: Development and delivery of a structured, high-quality Defence Innovation Course. The first specific contract will focus on an Intermediate Level while potential follow-up contracts will address Basic and Advanced levels. The course is aimed at fostering a harmonized understanding of defence innovation across EU Member States while equipping participants with practical skills for managing and implementing innovation projects within innovation ecosystems.

Framework contract for Technical and organisational support to the Digital Transport and Logistics Forum (DTLF) - a) organisation, preparation and secretarial assistance during and after meetings, b) document and repository management, c) hosting, management and maintenance of the online collaboration and the DTLF website, d) development and implementation of a communication and dissemination plan, d) organisation of specific workshops and conference (s). Technical tasks shall include: a) provision of technical and scientific expertise, b) support in defining strategic directions and orientations, c) support for the development of technical specifications and standards, d) preparation of discussion papers and reports, e) support in ensuring input to and consistency with the work and results of the DTLF and other initiatives such as the European Mobility Data Space (EMDS), and with and between possible on-going and future projects, e) support in aligning with relevant international initiatives to ensure a global approach where necessary.
