Study of End-of-Life cars. One (1) study about waste flows, supply chains and business models for used and end-of-life cars to and from the European Union ausf. Beschreibung For the EU Project ZEvRA a Holistic Study on automotive-related main waste flows from and to the EU and reasons for this as well as strategy and influences on the commercial success of components manufactured from used parts and recycled materials shall be created. This shall include how recycled and remanufactured parts are accepted in the market or need to be promoted to be mass marketable. It shall be investigated which price limits - also under the aspect of environmentally friendly manufacturing - have to be reached to allow a broad market access and it shall be checked which properties are essential and which properties may not be so important and can be reduced in favor of the environmental impact. The focus is on exterior, interior and body components made of steel, aluminium, plastics, composite materials, glass and/or rubber. The drive train with the electric and combustion engine is to be excluded. Minimum of Top 10 automobile producer/OEM shall be considered
