Provision of a Digital Twin-The purpose of this tender is to engage a qualified Digital Twin Software and Service provider (DT Provider) to support the implementation of the DT initiative under the PtX Fund. Forcasting Tool for generate passenger forecasts-The tool is used to generate passenger forecasts for different planning horizons, ranging from the next 70 days up to the next flight schedule season. It covers the import of flight schedule and statistical data and enables adjustments. Also considering information on public and school holidays, the passenger forecast on a single flight level are predicted. Additionally, arrivals are linked to the corresponding departures. The resulting forecasts form the basis for the utilization of parking stands, buses and other processing infrastructure. Further, the tool is used to respond to numerous ad hoc requests (e.g. peak days/hours, comparison between forecast and actual). The time required for the import and cleaning of the flight schedule as well as the passenger forecast currently takes approximately two working days. The new solution is expected to not exceed this timeframe but rather enables significant time savings.
