C3S2_412_bis Enhanced C3S Energy Service-ECMWF, as the Entrusted Entity for the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S), invites Tenders to enhance the C3S Energy Service. The requirements are split into two Lots: co-development of online seasonal demonstrators and tools with champion energy users (Lot 1), and maintenance of operational services for the energy sector (Lot 2). Digital Workplace Services-The EBA needs a service of IT helpdesk, service desk or support service to solve IT issues encountered by EBA staff in the performance of their tasks. The procurement procedure shall result in a framework contract with a narrow scope and a very specific service delivery model for the helpdesk, with SLA, KPIs, incidents per year, customer satisfaction rating, rating expectation, all linked to contractor incentives and penalties. The scope of the services is to provide helpdesk services related to: - the management of end-user hardware and solving issues related to it (PCs, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, screens, accessories/ peripheral equipment), including keeping inventory of hardware; - the use of end-user software (Windows, iOS, MS Office, Azure, various other software products, apps); - the management of domain accounts, network folders, mailboxes, distribution lists, etc.; - the use of desktop telecommunications tools and software (i.e. phone, email, WebEx, Teams); - the use of audiovisual and connectivity equipment in meeting rooms (i.e. screens, microphones, cameras, meeting room connections to MS Teams calls and meetings and to WebEx calls occasionally); - the VIP support provided for senior management and directors, available via MS Teams and phone. Fused PNT Analyses based on European Infrastructure - The European Commission is launching a study on the potential use of communication-oriented LEO constellations for the deployment of a complementary PNT service. This approach is normally referred to as Fused PNT. This tender will focus on developing a user terminal prototype and a simulated environment enabling to assess the performance of Fused PNT under a realistic set of propagation conditions and inter-satellite interference. In this procurement, the main goals of the European Commission are: - To develop a software receiver, supporting acquisition and tracking of 3GPP reference signals for Non-terrestrial networks (NTN) - To model multipath channel and intersatellite interference, in order to test the software receiver under the realistic satellite based propagation channel and interferences; - To consolidate and complement the part of the E2E emulator, by adding multipath and intersatellite interference models; - To demonstrate the performance of fused PNT ranging in a representative simulated environment - To validate the acquisition and tracking performance in realistic environment.
