Local Consultant Ethiopia-DEval has been mandated to evaluate the BMZ's (Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development ) measures to promote anti-corruption. The focus of the evaluation is on the question to which degree the BMZ"s approach to fight corruption is appropriate and suitable to contribute to the prevention and reduction of corruption as a development obstacle. As part of the evaluation, DEval will conduct a case study in Ethiopia probably between end of November 2025 and start of December 2025. Field work for the case study will take approximately two weeks. The field phase is an important step in the evaluation process: The field phase is used to involve stakeholders in the partner country (partner government, civil society actors, local population and other donors), and to gather data on the ground. DEval is therefor looking for a Local Consultant to prepare, implement, and follow up on the case study. Tasks will include organizing and recording interviews in Ethiopia and carrying out document/ literature reviews, as well as managing the logistics as part of the case study. Fused PNT Analyses based on European Infrastructure - The European Commission is launching a study on the potential use of communication-oriented LEO constellations for the deployment of a complementary PNT service. This approach is normally referred to as Fused PNT. This tender will focus on developing a user terminal prototype and a simulated environment enabling to assess the performance of Fused PNT under a realistic set of propagation conditions and inter-satellite interference. In this procurement, the main goals of the European Commission are: - To develop a software receiver, supporting acquisition and tracking of 3GPP reference signals for Non-terrestrial networks (NTN) - To model multipath channel and intersatellite interference, in order to test the software receiver under the realistic satellite based propagation channel and interferences; - To consolidate and complement the part of the E2E emulator, by adding multipath and intersatellite interference models; - To demonstrate the performance of fused PNT ranging in a representative simulated environment - To validate the acquisition and tracking performance in realistic environment.

Proposal Writing Consultancy-CARE Deutschland is planning to submit a funding proposal under the Citizens, Equality, Rights, and Values (CERV) Programme - Equality, Rights and Gender Equality Strand to respond to the needs of people affected by discrimination in the field of education or related fields in Germany under the Priority 1 for Fighting against discrimination and racism, xenophobia and other forms of intolerance, including antigypsyism, anti-Black and anti-Asian racism. The project will set a focus on strengthening equal opportunities in the post-migrant society in Germany. Depending on its final orientation, the initiative may empower affected students to design collaborative projects and peer-to-peer social media messages, support schools and young people in the transition from education to professional life, cooperate with state actors to develop anti-discrimination action plans, or establish anti-discriminatory services for extracurricular contexts such as sports and youth activities. By engaging students, educators, civil society, and institutional stakeholders, the project aims to foster inclusive learning environments and create sustainable structures to prevent and address discrimination.
