Local Consultant Moldova-DEval is looking for a local consultant to support the evaluation of the promotion of anti-corruption by German development cooperation in Moldova. The overall objective of the case study is to analyze the effectiveness of German development cooperation"s support to prevent and reduce corruption in Moldova during the period from 2020 to 2025, in accordance with the OECD's evaluation criteria. Field work for the case study will take approximately one week.
