Mapping support services for victims of VAW/DV in the EU-27 - The purpose of this project is to develop a harmonised set of indicators for classifying and measuring the availability and use of support services in the EU-27, thereby contributing to the standardisation of administrative data collection; it will also support the implementation and monitoring of the relevant provisions in both the Directive and the Istanbul Convention. In addition, the project will assess how various support services operate as part of an integrated support system. It will analyse specific barriers and challenges faced by vulnerable groups of women and children in accessing these services. To this end, the proposed methodology will incorporate an intersectional approach wherever feasible.

New European Bauhaus activities - Providing external technical assistance support to Member States’ authorities to uptake the New European Bauhaus in cohesion policy programmes for 2021-2027, through a call of expression of interest to be organised in Q1 2026, 10-15 programme authorities across the EU Member States will be selected and receive tailored expert support on the following non-exhaustive strands of action: Supporting calls for proposals: offering expert guidance to Managing Authorities and Implementing Bodies of cohesion policy programmes on effectively integrating the NEB principles in calls for proposals. This includes providing support and assistance to the creation of selection criteria and incorporation of NEB objectives into mainstream implementation. Circular Economy and Water Facility - The contractor will provide technical assistance to the design and implementation of interventions (Actions, Team Europe Initiatives, Global Gateway flagships and investments, including the use of financial instruments), and to the provision of policy analyses, relevant knowledge, data and tools, and to the mobilisation of private sector and financial institutions, in the field of circular economy and water. Services are provided on a demand-driven basis to partner countries, EU Delegations and INTPA services to contribute to the circular economy transition, to the access to water, sanitation and hygiene for all, and to the integrated approach of natural resources and water management. The support builds on the needs of partner countries, EU delegations and EU private sector, while leveraging EUs competitive offer. Services will target Directorate General INTPA partner countries and regions, as well as global programs.
