EUSPA-OP-29-24 Integrated Communication Services- An open procedure is planned to be launched by the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) in due course for provision of integrated communication services. The scope of the Framework Contract (FWC) to result from the procedure will include Editorial, Web, Graphics, Multimedia, and Public and Media Outreach activities focusing on EU Space. The FWC, which is envisaged to be an inter-institutional multiple FWC in cascade with maximum 3 contractors and the EUSPA as well as the European Commission acting as co-contracting authorities, will encompass a wide range of services aimed at supporting communication activities related to EU Space, including professional editorial work, the development and management of web content and websites, creative graphic design including digital approach, the production of multimedia materials, and strategic public and media outreach initiatives.
Circular Economy and Water Facility - The contractor will provide technical assistance to the design and implementation of interventions (Actions, Team Europe Initiatives, Global Gateway flagships and investments, including the use of financial instruments), and to the provision of policy analyses, relevant knowledge, data and tools, and to the mobilisation of private sector and financial institutions, in the field of circular economy and water. Services are provided on a demand-driven basis to partner countries, EU Delegations and INTPA services to contribute to the circular economy transition, to the access to water, sanitation and hygiene for all, and to the integrated approach of natural resources and water management. The support builds on the needs of partner countries, EU delegations and EU private sector, while leveraging EUs competitive offer. Services will target Directorate General INTPA partner countries and regions, as well as global programs.
EU access to space - Mapping of key ground infrastructures - Coming from a pilot project financed by the EP on access to space, a study adressing existing ground infrastructures should provide an overview and an asssesment of their importance to the continuity of access to space operations. It falls in the scope of a pilot project aiming at developing a new vision for space access.

Monitoring and analysis services of the German media - The European Parliament launches this procedure aiming to award a framework contract for daily monitoring of written press (national/regional), audio-visual media (radio, TV) and the main online media (internet) in Germany. The purpose is to provide a timely, up-to-date compendium of daily information, in the form of press reviews, about the way in which topics of relevance to the European Parliament and the European Union are reported in the media. The European Parliament’s Directorate- General for Communication is seeking to ensure it has the best possible knowledge of the media coverage across the EU on topics related to the European Union, the European Parliament and the activities of its President and Members. Media analysis will ultimately help the EP to better communicate EU policies to EU citizens and specific target audiences. In order to achieve this, the EP relies partly on external expertise and assistance. 81317521-Scaling digital agriculture innovations through start-ups (SAIS)-The Scaling Digital Agriculture Innovations through Start-ups (SAIS) programme is a global accelerator and company development initiative implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), SAIS also receives co-funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the European Union. Launched in 2019, SAIS aims to scale tech and tech-enabled private sector solutions in agriculture, livestock, food, climate, and the circular economy. Through its investment readiness programmes, SAIS provides tailored support to start-ups and companies to enhance their investment readiness, enabling them to attract funding, scale operations, and increase their impact. SAIS currently operates the following programmes: - SAIS Africa: A 12-month investment readiness programme for up to 25 tech and tech-enabled African start-ups, with tracks for francophone countries (PPI), anglophone countries (r-IRP), and livestock-focused start-ups. - SAIS CIRCULAR (Sri Lanka): Supports start-ups and SMEs developing circular economy solutions to reduce food loss and plastic waste in Sri Lanka, including incubation, acceleration, and access to finance. Through SAIS, GIZ aims to scale proven digital innovations that improve income, nutrition, or climate resilience in the agri-food sector. SAIS is currently commissioned until June 2029.
