Depending on its final orientation, the initiative may empower affected students to design collaborative projects and peer-to-peer social media messages, support schools and young people in the transition from education to professional life, cooperate with state actors to develop anti-discrimination action plans, or establish anti-discriminatory services for extracurricular contexts such as sports and youth activities. By engaging students, educators, civil society, and institutional stakeholders, the project aims to foster inclusive learning environments and create sustainable structures to prevent and address discrimination. CARE is looking for a consultant to support the project development process and draft the proposal."
