Quality assurance and technical advice regarding gender statistics collected, produced, analysed and communicated by EIGE to ensure consistency with EU quality standards - The main objective of this procedure is to conclude a framework contract with professional company capable of providing services related to the quality assurance and technical advice regarding Gender Statistics Database of the European Union Institute for Gender Equality (hereinafter referred to as ‘EIGE’) to ensure consistency with EU quality standards. Expected task under this Framework contract are: - Concise, written technical reports on tasks related to providing quality assurance services and technical revision to EIGE’ s gender statistics; - Provision of quality assurance and technical revision of EIGE’s statistical products in relation to EIGE’s knowledge-based statistical materials; - Provision of technical support by participating in events such as online meetings and/or experts discussions.

Mapping support services for victims of VAW/DV in the EU-27 - The purpose of this project is to develop a harmonised set of indicators for classifying and measuring the availability and use of support services in the EU-27, thereby contributing to the standardisation of administrative data collection; it will also support the implementation and monitoring of the relevant provisions in both the Directive and the Istanbul Convention. In addition, the project will assess how various support services operate as part of an integrated support system. It will analyse specific barriers and challenges faced by vulnerable groups of women and children in accessing these services. To this end, the proposed methodology will incorporate an intersectional approach wherever feasible.

Circular Economy and Water Facility - The contractor will provide technical assistance to the design and implementation of interventions (Actions, Team Europe Initiatives, Global Gateway flagships and investments, including the use of financial instruments), and to the provision of policy analyses, relevant knowledge, data and tools, and to the mobilisation of private sector and financial institutions, in the field of circular economy and water. Services are provided on a demand-driven basis to partner countries, EU Delegations and INTPA services to contribute to the circular economy transition, to the access to water, sanitation and hygiene for all, and to the integrated approach of natural resources and water management. The support builds on the needs of partner countries, EU delegations and EU private sector, while leveraging EUs competitive offer. Services will target Directorate General INTPA partner countries and regions, as well as global programs.

Consulting services for the implementation of nutrition and gender- transformative approaches under FANSER - (1) Establishing and facilitating the community-based care group model together with the decentralised structures of the Ministry of Health; (2) Establishing and facilitating the Saving and Internal Lending Communities (SILC, a village-based saving and lending approach) together with the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services; (3) Developing and implementing concepts to enable gender equality with a focus on joint decision making in the rural households related nutrition, agriculture and WASH aspects. For this, the contractor shall work with and through traditional and church leadership structures. In addition, the contractor shall contribute to improving services related to family planning for youth through so-called "youth-friendly corners" which are part of rural health facilities; (4) Developing and implementing capacity development approaches for relevant government staff (mostly at district level) to increase their technical, organisational and leadership skills with the aim of increasing their ability to provide nutrition related services independently.
81318500-TVET and labour market support for the Just Transition in South Africa Beschreibung: This tender and subsequent contract is divided into five work packages. Work package 1 is concerned with curriculum development and implementation of learning programs for 2 new areas (NEV"s and H2) and to implement learning programs for 600 participants, of whom 225 women. Work package 2 of the programme is concerned with the development and implementation of the women in energy initiative that aims to identify employment potential in the energy sector in South Africa. Work package 3 of the programme is concerned with the support to DHET to integrate labour market intelligence into DHET"s new JET Skills Desk. This entails to further develop the JET skills research repository and NCAP. Work package 4 of the programme is concerned with the implementation of an idea competition for local subsidies with the objective to promote inclusive (for women and persons with disabilities) innovative employment promotion approaches in the context of just transition. Work package 5 of the programme is concerned with supporting the South African Renewable Energy Technology Centre SARETEC in organisational and lecturer development.
Event Facility 2026 FPI1/2/3 NDICI - The core business of the European Commission’s Service for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI) is to put EU foreign policy into action – fast and flexibly – in a policy-driven approach. It acts as first responder to foreign policy needs and opportunities, focusing on conflict prevention and peace as well as on leveraging the EU’s influence in the world. The Service plays a crucial role in translating the European Commission’s political priorities into external action, in line with the EU’s Global Strategy for Foreign and Security Policy. FPI operates through five Regional Teams (plus antennas) in EU Delegations around the world covering the Americas, West and Central Africa, East and Southern Africa, the Middle East, and the Asia and Pacific regions. Additionally, FPI maintains a presence at the EU Delegations in Vienna and Kyiv to cover the Europe and Central Asia region. To support its mandate, FPI intends to organise a series of events throughout 2026. These events will inform the planning of interventions under the Instruments and the FPI managed activities, will ensure visibility and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FPI actions, and strengthen key working relationships with stakeholders. The objective of this contract is to provide, through individual assignments, appropriate organisation and logistical support, for seminars, trainings, workshops, consultations and similar events needed to support the work of Service for Foreign Policy Instruments in implementing the EU political priorities and commitments globally. Service Framework Contract for the provision of “Support to European Military Airworthiness Requirements (EMAR) Development, Implementation and Training” - The overall objective of this call for tenders is the provision of subject matter expertise to support EDA in managing the activities of the MAWA Forum. More specifically, the expertise shall include: a) an in-depth knowledge of the development and content of the EASA regulations (plus their associated supporting documentation); b) adequate knowledge of military aviation environment, including initial certification and continuing airworthiness procedures to be able to provide the MAWA Forum with the specialist advice and guidance needed; c) an understanding of the implications of any military-specific proposals considered during the development of the necessary documents and/or their updates; d) adequate knowledge of the EMAR system applicable to military aviation as well as its specificities compared to the EASA PARTs environment, applicable to civil aviation; e) adequate knowledge in defining military airworthiness certification criteria and airworthiness codes to propose changes and amendments to the EMACC; adequate knowledge of civil and military certification procedures, especially in the definition of Type Certification Basis (TCB) to improve the usability of the EMACC Handbook and Guidebook. g) in-depth knowledge of the typical organisation, responsibilities, tasks, staff competence, processes & procedures of an Airworthiness Authority competent in Initial/Continued/Continuing Airworthiness domains.
Study "Economic and ESG impacts on the mining sector of the southeastern DRC related to Lobito Corridor development and the global energy transition"-The German Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources (BGR) and the Congolese Ministry of Mines have been long-term partners within the bilateral development cooperation framework, seeking to support responsible mining practice and good governance, both in industrial as well as artisanal and small-scale mining. The current project phase (2024-2027), entitled “Economic development and responsible supply chains in the Congolese mining sector II”, includes a project component that focuses on supporting and advising Congolese partners on the topic of managing ESG (environment, social and governance) impacts in the industrial mining sector. The present study, commissioned by BGR as the Client, shall fulfil a supporting role in this regard while also providing relevant background information. The objective of this study is to perform a systematic evaluation of the anticipated or already observed economic and ESG impacts on the mining sector related to (1) Lobito Corridor development and (2) market trends and market requirements in association with the global energy transition. The implicit purpose of this study is to provide advice to the Client’s Congolese project partners on relevant international developments in this regard and what this implies for national mining sector ESG performance. This shall support effective policy development and mining sector governance with a view to broadening global market demand for Congolese raw materials and associated manufactured products by improving and marketing their associated ESG performance features. The study may further be useful to a broader public audience that includes mining sector stakeholders, public and private prospective investors, financing parties, interested offtakers and downstream industries associated with Congolese raw materials, as well as development partners and civil society.
