Quality assurance and technical advice regarding gender statistics collected, produced, analysed and communicated by EIGE to ensure consistency with EU quality standards - The main objective of this procedure is to conclude a framework contract with professional company capable of providing services related to the quality assurance and technical advice regarding Gender Statistics Database of the European Union Institute for Gender Equality (hereinafter referred to as ‘EIGE’) to ensure consistency with EU quality standards. Expected task under this Framework contract are: - Concise, written technical reports on tasks related to providing quality assurance services and technical revision to EIGE’ s gender statistics; - Provision of quality assurance and technical revision of EIGE’s statistical products in relation to EIGE’s knowledge-based statistical materials; - Provision of technical support by participating in events such as online meetings and/or experts discussions.

New European Bauhaus activities - Providing external technical assistance support to Member States’ authorities to uptake the New European Bauhaus in cohesion policy programmes for 2021-2027, through a call of expression of interest to be organised in Q1 2026, 10-15 programme authorities across the EU Member States will be selected and receive tailored expert support on the following non-exhaustive strands of action: Supporting calls for proposals: offering expert guidance to Managing Authorities and Implementing Bodies of cohesion policy programmes on effectively integrating the NEB principles in calls for proposals. In light of recent legislative developments, there is a need to reshape the approach to technical assistance, not only to continue supporting NSIs and NCBs in developing and implementing the CREI as mandated by future legislation, but also to make more efficient use of technical assistance resources, with a view to gradually ensuring their continuous availability beyond contractual limitations. The Manual aims to provide both conceptual and practical guidance to compilers involved in the production of CREI, thereby supporting the development of official statistics in this domain and enhancing international comparability. It will be based on existing drafts of seven chapters, developed under previous contract agreements (the most recent of which ended in February 2025), and will follow a predefined outline consisting of eight chapters in total.

European Hydrogen Refuelling Stations Availability System-Procurement of services for the operation, maintenance, and further development of the European Hydrogen Refuelling Stations Availability System (E-HRS-AS). The contractor will ensure continuity of the current platform and support compliance with new legal obligations under the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation (AFIR), in particular real- time data sharing with National Access Points (NAPs) and integration with the European data ecosystem (EAFO, TENtec). The services will cover platform hosting and maintenance, data availability from HRS, user experience improvements, technical upgrades, and stakeholder engagement. There is no existing framework contract that covers this specific combination of IT maintenance, AFIR compliance support, and data integration for hydrogen mobility.
