Stakeholders Support Platform-The subject of this call for tenders “Stakeholders Support Platform” is to renew and enhance the existing Transition Pathways Stakeholder Support Platform (transition- pathways.europa.eu). The objective is to further develop, maintain and improve the existing Transition Pathways Stakeholder Support Platform to an even more integrated and collaborative tool for industrial ecosystems to support public and private stakeholders in their green and digital transitions, resilience, and competitiveness. Framework contract "Accelerated closure of open ERDF cases from Germany of 2007- 2013 programming period"-The subject of this call for tenders is to provide Directorate-General for Regional and Urban policy with a framework service contract to accelerate the closure of open ERDF cases from Germany of the 2007-2013 programming period by preparing case-by-case decisions on reported irrecoverable amounts, i.e. whether they should be borne by the EU budget or not, for a maximum of 80 cases over the duration of the framework contract. To this end, a checklist will have to be filled out for each case that guides the assessment and details the minimum documentation to be requested for each case.-WERT: 120 000,00 EUR

Monitoring of Avian Influenza and other animal health diseases-The objectives of this call are (i) to support EFSA and its data providers with the data collection, validation, analysis, and maintenance (of existing) or development (of new) tools necessary for the analysis of animal diseases data ; (ii) to provide generic support for the production of risk assessment outputs for the years 2026-2030, including implementation of the automation of processes ; and (iii) to create or maintain and update EFSA’s visualisation or analysis tools. European Cluster Collaboration Platform- The European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP) aims to better connect clusters and ecosystems across the EU to facilitate the strengthening and creation of EU value chains, use clusters as investment hotspots and implement the green and digital transition of the industrial ecosystems. As such, the ECCP provides a number of services to the cluster community to collaborate (partner search, matchmaking events, project labs, events for clusters and regional authorities, cluster exchanges, etc.) and build capacity (regular webinars on industrial policy developments, trainings, information sessions, green transition support). The ECCP also collects data to provide data-driven information and feedback for industrial and cluster policy.

Book and Claim for sustainable fuels and all transport modes-The project aims to assess the necessity and feasibility of an accountability system for sustainable alternative fuels in the EU transport sector. This includes analyzing the existing EU legal framework, identifying feasible options for the legally sound establishment of a system enabling the benefits of certain sustainable alternative fuels, and analyzing the existing legal framework outside the EU. Furthermore, it aims to identify and explore possible ways in which an accounting mechanism could facilitate compliance with EU regulations and to examine the economic benefits of introducing a flexibility mechanism such as "Book & Claim." The impact on promoting or slowing down the development of a sustainable production and distribution network for alternative fuels in the EU will also be analyzed.-Wert: 2 200 000,00 EUR

Suit's Garments-As part of a larger global vision for human-lunar exploration, DLR and ESA are jointly constructing a lunar analog facility, named LUNA. This facility shall provide capabilities for astronaut training, engineering, and scientific research to a wide range of users. As such, the facility is not limited to human-factors research but shall also support the development of robotic and lunar infrastructure systems for the exploration of the moon. The LUNA facility will support the simulation of lunar extravehicular activities (EVAs) at the highest possible level of fidelity. Therefore, all systems developed for such EVA simulations, including the suits, shall be designed to operate to a high fidelity and in support of end-to-end EVAs which may take several hours to complete and involve a large group of operators, astronauts, and other ground support personnel. The facility contains a 700m2 regolith-filled lunar surface simulation area. Within this area, the purpose of the LUNA Suits is to provide the LUNA facility with a unique space suit simulator, capable of emulating movement constraints and operations of real space suits being developed for the future lunar missions. The tender aims to provide suit’s garments made of materials similar to the ones used for the future Moon missions as well as provide gloves and arms assembly for training in reduced pressure environment (to be used with LUNA Glovebox). With the Acceptance Review (AR) concluded, the agency expects that the system will be fully functional and capable of operating in the LUNA facility performing its target activities.
