The scope of these tasks varies by lot. Furthermore, there is one lot that is cross-cutting across various risk. - Lot 6: agentic evaluation interface, procuring software, Cloud infrastructure support, and methodology to evaluate GPAI on diverse types of benchmarks, focusing on agentic interaction and complex agentic benchmarks.

C3S2_313g Products and Services for additional ECVs in the Land and Ocean Domains-ECMWF, as the Entrusted Entity for the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S), invites Tenders aiming to expand the scope of climate information delivered in the Land and Ocean domains by incorporating products and services for additional Essential Climate Variables (ECVs) split into five distinct Lots, specifically for Sea Surface Salinity (Lot 1), Permafrost (Lot 2), Above-Ground Biomass (Lot 3), Surface Albedo (Lot 4), Leaf Area Index (LAI) and Fraction of Absorbed Photosynthetically Active Radiation (fAPAR) (Lot 5). The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is the provision of operational services aimed at ensuring dependable access to high-quality, consistent, and globally homogeneous satellite climate data products via the Climate Data Store (CDS). The services shall include the following technical activities: (•) Operation and maintenance of processing systems to generate CDR / ICDR datasets (unless these operations are supported by other initiatives). (•) Implementation and/or improvement of operational production chain components as needed to achieve Full Operational Capacity. (•) Provision of access to datasets via the CDS. (•) Quality assurance and validation of the resulting datasets. (•) Provision of supporting documentation that describes the operational algorithms employed in dataset generation, outlines the results of quality assessments, and a user guide to assist users in the appropriate utilisation of the datasets. (•) Maintenance of metadata describing CDR datasets and their associated documentation. (•) Provision of user support services. (•) Contribution to the European State of the Climate, contingent upon the maturity and latency of the ECV data, the upcoming C3S climate dashboard, or an alternative form of support for climate intelligence. For each Lot, ECMWF intends to award a single Framework Agreement for a period of 30 months, which shall be implemented via a single Service Contract (unless multiple Lots are awarded to the same Tenderer) expected to commence in January 2026. Tenderers are invited to submit their Tenders for any one of the Lots, or any combination of multiple Lots (with each submission to be done separately). Support to Selected Outputs for the Project PEACECORE II - The Programme provides technical advisory services, process consulting and tailored capacity building interventions in these fields. Beneficiary institutions include the Plateau Peacebuilding Agency (PPBA), the Taraba and Kaduna Peace Commissions as well as farmer and herder communities - including vulnerable groups (women, youth, IDPs), and civil society organizations in Plateau, Kaduna and Taraba States. The Programme seeks to achieve sustainable results as follows: Peace Mediation: conflict cases between arable farmers and livestock breeders are sustainably addressed through mediation agreements with the participation of relevant state and civil society actors. Economic Empowerment: cooperatives or community-based initiatives with a focus on marginalized groups, including women's cooperatives are strengthened Infrastructure development: The long-term and sustainable maintenance of rehabilitated infrastructure measures to secure livelihoods is ensured Sustainability: the sustainable use of natural, local resources to secure livelihoods is promoted; and Gender Transformation: gender-transformative approaches are promoted and implemented The successful contractor will support the PEACECORE II project in achieving selected outputs. The main areas of work are explained in three work packages. These include technical assessments, studies and surveys falling into the scope of the Programme (Work package 1); the conceptualization/identification and roll out 5 pilot approaches to the sustainable use of natural, local resources to secure livelihoods in Plateau State (Work Package 2); and Programme-relevant workshops, trainings, and coaching targeting the beneficiaries of the PEACECORE Programme (Work Package 3).

HUB for EU DEFENCE INNOVATION (HEDI): Technology watch, landscaping - Military Utility Assessment - Market consultation - Defence Innovation Training Courses - LOT 1: Technology Watch and Landscaping: Provision of a regular and structured AI supported assessment of worldwide technological developments across both defence and non-defence sectors, identifying emerging trends, weak signals, and dual-use innovations that could impact EU security and defence; LOT 2: Military Utility Assessment: Focuses on evaluating the potential military applications of emerging technologies, assessing their operational utility, and identifying pathways for adoption into defence capability development; LOT 3: Consultancy services for needs assessment, market research, and market consultations: Provision of expert consultancy support for conducting market research and facilitating structured market consultations to bridge gaps between innovation suppliers and defence users; LOT 4: Defence Innovation Training Courses: Development and delivery of a structured, high-quality Defence Innovation Course. The first specific contract will focus on an Intermediate Level while potential follow-up contracts will address Basic and Advanced levels. The course is aimed at fostering a harmonized understanding of defence innovation across EU Member States while equipping participants with practical skills for managing and implementing innovation projects within innovation ecosystems.
