SwissTech Pavilion @ VivaTech for the period from March 2, 2026, to June 24, 2028, in Paris-Presence Switzerland (PRS) promotes Switzerland's image abroad and implements the Federal Council's international communication strategy. In this context, the swisstech campaign is a public-private initiative supported by PRS, Innosuisse, Swissnex and Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE). It aims to strengthen Switzerland's reputation as a leading global innovation hub and raise the international profile of its deep tech and other cutting-edge companies, as well as its research excellence. The swisstech pavilion at VivaTech – Europe's largest event dedicated to startups and technology – aims to promote Swiss technological innovation on the international stage, raise the profile of key Swiss players (startups, ecosystems, academia) and foster strategic partnerships in France and beyond. The mandate includes the construction of the swisstech pavilion for the VivaTech exhibition in Paris from June 17 to 20, 2026, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Technical project support to BioClime-Biodiversity loss and climate change represent two of the most pressing challenges of our era. To address both with urgency, it is essential to make swift strides in implementation, harnessing the synergies between biodiversity and climate action, as well as climate adaptation. The goals of the Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF) of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) and the Paris Agreement of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) cannot be achieved without faster progress in implementation and utilization of the synergies between climate and biodiversity protection. Against this background, the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUKN) has commissioned the "Support project on Implementation Instruments of the Global Biodiversity Framework and the Paris Climate Agreement (BioClime)" with a duration of 01.04.2024 - 30.06.2027.

Knowledge production and knowledge sharing in the field of Human Capital Development (HCD) - The European Training Foundation (ETF) is the European Union Agency that supports countries outside the EU in improving their human capital development, in the context of European Union (EU) external relations policies. Currently the ETF cooperates at country and regional level with the countries of the EU Neighbourhood and Enlargement regions, and in Central Asia, as well as contributing to the EU external policies and programmes in other regions and with the African Union in response to specific requests from the European Commission. The objective of this tender is to support the ETF work with the production of reliable knowledge, evidence and analysis in specific topics in the field of Human Capital Development as well as to strengthen the ETF’s role in sharing it both within and outside the EU. . Suit's Garments-As part of a larger global vision for human-lunar exploration, DLR and ESA are jointly constructing a lunar analog facility, named LUNA. This facility shall provide capabilities for astronaut training, engineering, and scientific research to a wide range of users. As such, the facility is not limited to human-factors research but shall also support the development of robotic and lunar infrastructure systems for the exploration of the moon. The LUNA facility will support the simulation of lunar extravehicular activities (EVAs) at the highest possible level of fidelity. Therefore, all systems developed for such EVA simulations, including the suits, shall be designed to operate to a high fidelity and in support of end-to-end EVAs which may take several hours to complete and involve a large group of operators, astronauts, and other ground support personnel. The facility contains a 700m2 regolith-filled lunar surface simulation area. Within this area, the purpose of the LUNA Suits is to provide the LUNA facility with a unique space suit simulator, capable of emulating movement constraints and operations of real space suits being developed for the future lunar missions. The tender aims to provide suit’s garments made of materials similar to the ones used for the future Moon missions as well as provide gloves and arms assembly for training in reduced pressure environment (to be used with LUNA Glovebox). With the Acceptance Review (AR) concluded, the agency expects that the system will be fully functional and capable of operating in the LUNA facility performing its target activities.

Book and Claim for sustainable fuels and all transport modes-The project aims to assess the necessity and feasibility of an accountability system for sustainable alternative fuels in the EU transport sector. This includes analyzing the existing EU legal framework, identifying feasible options for the legally sound establishment of a system enabling the benefits of certain sustainable alternative fuels, and analyzing the existing legal framework outside the EU. Furthermore, it aims to identify and explore possible ways in which an accounting mechanism could facilitate compliance with EU regulations and to examine the economic benefits of introducing a flexibility mechanism such as "Book & Claim." The impact on promoting or slowing down the development of a sustainable production and distribution network for alternative fuels in the EU will also be analyzed.-Wert: 2 200 000,00 EUR

European Cluster Collaboration Platform- The European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP) aims to better connect clusters and ecosystems across the EU to facilitate the strengthening and creation of EU value chains, use clusters as investment hotspots and implement the green and digital transition of the industrial ecosystems. As such, the ECCP provides a number of services to the cluster community to collaborate (partner search, matchmaking events, project labs, events for clusters and regional authorities, cluster exchanges, etc.) and build capacity (regular webinars on industrial policy developments, trainings, information sessions, green transition support). The ECCP also collects data to provide data-driven information and feedback for industrial and cluster policy.

The evidence synthesis should focus on evidence related to the OECD DAC criteria effectiveness, impact, and sustainability. Evidence syntheses on country level can be an effective tool to map evidence from all sectors within a specific country. The evidence synthesis of existing evaluations and studies of development measures in Jordan aims to provide a robust evidence base, which contributes to the assessment of the effectiveness, impact, and sustainability of the BMZ-financed official development cooperation in Jordan. It will also highlight persistent evidence gaps across sectors and OECD DAC criteria. The evidence synthesis thereby contributes to the theory-based approach of the CPE.

Proposal Writing Consultancy-CARE Deutschland is planning to submit a funding proposal under the Citizens, Equality, Rights, and Values (CERV) Programme - Equality, Rights and Gender Equality Strand to respond to the needs of people affected by discrimination in the field of education or related fields in Germany under the Priority 1 for Fighting against discrimination and racism, xenophobia and other forms of intolerance, including antigypsyism, anti-Black and anti-Asian racism. The project will set a focus on strengthening equal opportunities in the post-migrant society in Germany. Depending on its final orientation, the initiative may empower affected students to design collaborative projects and peer-to-peer social media messages, support schools and young people in the transition from education to professional life, cooperate with state actors to develop anti-discrimination action plans, or establish anti-discriminatory services for extracurricular contexts such as sports and youth activities. By engaging students, educators, civil society, and institutional stakeholders, the project aims to foster inclusive learning environments and create sustainable structures to prevent and address discrimination. CARE is looking for a consultant to support the project development process and draft the proposal.
