Consulting services for the implementation of nutrition and gender- transformative approaches under FANSER - (1) Establishing and facilitating the community-based care group model together with the decentralised structures of the Ministry of Health; (2) Establishing and facilitating the Saving and Internal Lending Communities (SILC, a village-based saving and lending approach) together with the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services; (3) Developing and implementing concepts to enable gender equality with a focus on joint decision making in the rural households related nutrition, agriculture and WASH aspects. Proposal Writing Consultancy-CARE Deutschland is planning to submit a funding proposal under the Citizens, Equality, Rights, and Values (CERV) Programme - Equality, Rights and Gender Equality Strand to respond to the needs of people affected by discrimination in the field of education or related fields in Germany under the Priority 1 for Fighting against discrimination and racism, xenophobia and other forms of intolerance, including antigypsyism, anti-Black and anti-Asian racism. The project will set a focus on strengthening equal opportunities in the post-migrant society in Germany. Depending on its final orientation, the initiative may empower affected students to design collaborative projects and peer-to-peer social media messages, support schools and young people in the transition from education to professional life, cooperate with state actors to develop anti-discrimination action plans, or establish anti-discriminatory services for extracurricular contexts such as sports and youth activities. By engaging students, educators, civil society, and institutional stakeholders, the project aims to foster inclusive learning environments and create sustainable structures to prevent and address discrimination. CARE is looking for a consultant to support the project development process and draft the proposal.
