Toxicity study in naïve mice-The Federal Agency for Disruptive Innovation - SPRIND GmbH ("SPRIND") - aims to cre-ate new disruptive innovations from Germany. The objective of BiconY Therapeutics GmbH, a SPRIND subsidiary, is the development of a bispecific antibody combination for the treatment of solid tumours. The combination con-sists of proprietary, bispecific CD3 anti-bodies (bsAbCD3) and bispecific CD28 co-stimulators (BiCos), which, when used together, significantly im-prove the specificity, sus-tainability, and efficiency of a T cell recruitment and thus the immune response against tumour cells. The aim of the research and development activities is to provide proof of concept for the effect of bispecific antibody therapy in the form of two phase I/IIa clinical trials. For the IND application at Paul Ehrlich Institute (Germany) we have to show safety of our molecules in animal models. Following extensive discussions and thorough analyses, the PEI has granted approval for a comprehensive toxicological study of our lead candidate in mice. Therefore, we are looking for a service provider to support us regarding pharmaco-toxicological studies

Framework contract "Accelerated closure of open ERDF cases from Germany of 2007- 2013 programming period"-The subject of this call for tenders is to provide Directorate-General for Regional and Urban policy with a framework service contract to accelerate the closure of open ERDF cases from Germany of the 2007-2013 programming period by preparing case-by-case decisions on reported irrecoverable amounts, i.e. whether they should be borne by the EU budget or not, for a maximum of 80 cases over the duration of the framework contract. Consulting services for the implementation of nutrition and gender- transformative approaches under FANSER - (1) Establishing and facilitating the community-based care group model together with the decentralised structures of the Ministry of Health; (2) Establishing and facilitating the Saving and Internal Lending Communities (SILC, a village-based saving and lending approach) together with the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services; (3) Developing and implementing concepts to enable gender equality with a focus on joint decision making in the rural households related nutrition, agriculture and WASH aspects. For this, the contractor shall work with and through traditional and church leadership structures. In addition, the contractor shall contribute to improving services related to family planning for youth through so-called "youth-friendly corners" which are part of rural health facilities; (4) Developing and implementing capacity development approaches for relevant government staff (mostly at district level) to increase their technical, organisational and leadership skills with the aim of increasing their ability to provide nutrition related services independently.

Monitoring and analysis services of the German media - The European Parliament launches this procedure aiming to award a framework contract for daily monitoring of written press (national/regional), audio-visual media (radio, TV) and the main online media (internet) in Germany. The purpose is to provide a timely, up-to-date compendium of daily information, in the form of press reviews, about the way in which topics of relevance to the European Parliament and the European Union are reported in the media. The European Parliament’s Directorate- General for Communication is seeking to ensure it has the best possible knowledge of the media coverage across the EU on topics related to the European Union, the European Parliament and the activities of its President and Members. Media analysis will ultimately help the EP to better communicate EU policies to EU citizens and specific target audiences. In order to achieve this, the EP relies partly on external expertise and assistance.
