Event Facility 2025-2026 - FPI.1/2/3 NDICI-The core business of the European Commission’s Service for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI) is to put EU foreign policy into action – fast and flexibly – in a policy-driven approach. It acts as first responder to foreign policy needs and opportunities, focusing on conflict prevention and peace as well as on leveraging the EU’s influence in the world. The Service plays a crucial role in translating the European Commission’s political priorities into external action, in line with the EU’s Global Strategy for Foreign and Security Policy. FPI operates through five Regional Teams (plus antennas) in EU Delegations around the world covering the Americas, West and Central Africa, East and Southern Africa, the Middle East, and the Asia and Pacific regions. Additionally FPI maintains a presence at the EU Delegations in Vienna and Kyiv to cover the Europe and Central Asia region. To support its mandate, FPI intends to organise a series of events throughout 2025-2026. These events will inform the planning of interventions under the Instruments and the FPI managed activities, will ensure visibility and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FPI actions, and strengthen key working relationships with stakeholders. The objective of this contract is to provide, through individual assignments, appropriate organisation and logistical support, for seminars, trainings, workshops, consultations and similar events needed to support the work of Service for Foreign Policy Instruments in implementing the EU political priorities and commitments globally. The contractor will be responsible for all logistical and administrative arrangements related to the organisation of the events.

CJS2_152a_bis Enhancing User Intelligence for CAMS : User uptake and user requirements activities Beschreibung: The objectives are to: • Facilitate understanding of the requirements of users and translate these requirements into specifications for the enhancement and evolution of the service lines and the supporting upstream processing, product delivery, and communication and user engagement activities; • Facilitate the understanding of new and emerging user needs; • Facilitate understanding by the users of the potential value of the service; • Maintain the CAMS User Requirements Data Base (URDB) that keeps a record of all user requirements and their analysis and provide ECMWF with a regular analysis and review of its content and products, in particular the most recent ones such as for instance the emissions service element; • Organise and manage co-designed user interaction sessions at national level and on specific topics of transboundary interest; • Support ECMWF in mapping data value chains to serve Copernicus core users; • Enhance insights in user characteristics, including their overarching environmental, societal or political drives; • Provide advice to enhance user experience and insights to engage with new intermediate players to increase user uptake and satisfaction of Copernicus core users. Capacity Building and Destination Promotion of Albania’s GBS and ICT Sectors-Scope of Work The assignment consists of two primary components: 1. Capacity Building for Albanian GBS/ICT Companies The contractor will design and implement a training program to prepare SMEs for international market expansion. The program should address the following thematic areas: - Development of globally attractive company culture - International marketing and online presence building - Effective project management and client communication - Legal and regulatory frameworks for cross-border operations - Financial planning and scaling strategies - International sales and pitching techniques The training should include: - Online, self-paced content - In-person workshops in Albania - Supporting materials and toolkits - Follow-up assessments to provide individual feedback The primary target group are top management teams of Albanian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the ICT/GBS sector. 2. Destination Promotion for Albania’s GBS/ICT Sectors The contractor will execute a strategic marketing campaign aimed at raising international awareness of Albania as a credible and competitive outsourcing destination. Activities should include: - Design and maintenance of a dedicated landing page hosted on a reputable international platform (with focus on Central and Southeastern Europe) - Development and publication of analytical articles and case studies, featuring industry insights and testimonials from existing clients of Albanian firms, published in an international, reputable resource (with a focus on Central and Southeastern Europe) - Conduct media outreach to promote the location’ s visibility in Western Europe and North America Expected Deliverables The following deliverables are expected to be completed within the contract duration and in line with agreed milestones: Capacity Building: - Online modules (on-demand), introducing the six thematic areas outlined above for up to 250 participants. - In-person workshops in Albania focusing on each of the six thematic areas, tailored to the specific needs of Albanian companies for up to 100 participants. - Post-workshop assessments and feedback reports for all in-person workshop participants.
