Provision of mobile phones for UNOG-The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) intends to launch a competitive bidding process for the Provision of mobile devices to UNOG. UNOG is, therefore, seeking interested, qualified vendors to supply and deliver these devices. The devices are aimed at equipping the organization with reliable and efficient mobile communication tools to provide essential connectivity to its staff. The vast majority of mobile devices that UNOG purchases are from two manufacturers, Apple and Samsung. UNOG requires new/unused, and unlocked phones that can be used in any location around the world. UNOG will not accept clones or grey market devices. All mobile phone purchases, repair and replacement are to be handled by the provider. It is expected that there should be a single point of contact for all hardware-related issues. UNOG estimates annual quantities of 800 pcs (total for the different models). Please note that the UN does not guarantee the order of any minimum quantities.All mobile devices will include a minimum 2-year manufacturer’s warranty Delivery: Delivery at Place (DAP) UNOG Offices at Geneva (INCOTERMS 2010). This requirement may lead to a contract award for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of a two-year extension ( 3+2 ).
