Equipping the subdivisions with advanced technology will significantly enhance the National Police's technical capabilities, ensuring greater efficiency and effectiveness in crime investigation and prevention. This will result in more successful investigations, effective prosecutions, and, ultimately, improved public safety while reducing crime.

Study to support the evaluation and review of Audiovisual Media Services Directive-Article 33 AVMSD requires that by 19 December 2026 at the latest, the Commission shall submit to the European Parliament and the Council an ex-post evaluation of the impact of the Directive and its added value, accompanied where appropriate by proposals for its review. This study will be the basis for such ex-post evaluation and possible review of the Directive. Additionally, Article 13 and Article 16 AVMSD require the Commission to report, based on the information provided by Member States and on an independent study, on the application of the AVMSD provisions concerning the promotion of European works,including independent productions in television programmes and on-demand services. The study will have five specific objectives: 1.) Provide the Commission with information and data about the application of the Directive, in particular in the aforementioned areas, in light of the developments of the EU audiovisual market, notably its increasing digitalisation; 2.) Provide the Commission with an objective quantitative and qualitative assessment of the Directive’s implementation, looking particularly at the most significant issues; 3.) With regard to Articles 13, 16 and 17, provide the Commission with information and data required for the monitoring of and reporting on the implementation of the AVMSD rules for the promotion of European works, including independent productions; 4.) Identify, where justified by the above assessment, possible regulatory updates / amendments to the Directive that could bring an improvement to its application and/or to the achievement of its objectives; 5.) Identify and impact-assess the policy options proposed to the Commission to implement the above identified regulatory updates / amendments. The findings of the study will support the Commission's own ex-post evaluation and impact assessment of possible proposals for revision of the Directive and will be used for reporting on European works as required by AVMSD.-WERT: 700 000,00 EUR

Event Facility 2025-2026 - FPI.1/2/3 NDICI-The core business of the European Commission’s Service for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI) is to put EU foreign policy into action – fast and flexibly – in a policy-driven approach. It acts as first responder to foreign policy needs and opportunities, focusing on conflict prevention and peace as well as on leveraging the EU’s influence in the world. The Service plays a crucial role in translating the European Commission’s political priorities into external action, in line with the EU’s Global Strategy for Foreign and Security Policy. FPI operates through five Regional Teams (plus antennas) in EU Delegations around the world covering the Americas, West and Central Africa, East and Southern Africa, the Middle East, and the Asia and Pacific regions. Additionally FPI maintains a presence at the EU Delegations in Vienna and Kyiv to cover the Europe and Central Asia region. To support its mandate, FPI intends to organise a series of events throughout 2025-2026. These events will inform the planning of interventions under the Instruments and the FPI managed activities, will ensure visibility and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FPI actions, and strengthen key working relationships with stakeholders. Open Market Consultation (OMC) for a future pre–commercial procurement (PCP) to buy R&D (research and development) services to solve circular economy challenges defined by the participating cities-This pre-commercial procurement (PCP) is carried out by Northern Dimension Partnership on Culture Secretariat in the name and on behalf of the buyers group. This prior information notice (PIN) provides early information about the expected starting date and purchase volume and about the open market consultation (OMC) that is organised in preparation of this pre-commercial procurement (PCP). The procurement aims to trigger new solutions to be developed and tested to address two challenges that correspond to an overarching need to increase the number of concrete practices in the Baltic Sea region that would drive the transition to circular economy. The procurement will be divided into two lots, each corresponding to one sub-challenge. Open Market Consultation (OMC) for a future Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) of R&D (research and development) services on the climate adaptation domain using space and EO (Earth Observation)-based information to prevent and mitigate water related crisis challenges to increase climate resilience in Europe – PCP WISE-This Prior Information Notice announces an OMC and provides early information in preparation for a future PCP carried out by the PCP WISE project (Public Procurement of Innovative Solutions for Water Management from Space). Eligibility Criteria for Companies Companies applying for training support must meet at least one of the following conditions: 1. Growing their Team with New Hires or Interns The company must plan to hire new employees or interns as a direct result of the training. Roles can include developers, IT support specialists, cybersecurity analysts, or similar positions. Companies should aim to hire at least four (4) new employees or interns within six months post-training. The number of trainees is up to the bidder’s discretion. 2. Expanding to a New Market and Creating Jobs The company should have a clear strategy for entering or expanding in the German market.
