CJS2_152a_bis Enhancing User Intelligence for CAMS : User uptake and user requirements activities Beschreibung: The objectives are to: • Facilitate understanding of the requirements of users and translate these requirements into specifications for the enhancement and evolution of the service lines and the supporting upstream processing, product delivery, and communication and user engagement activities; • Facilitate the understanding of new and emerging user needs; • Facilitate understanding by the users of the potential value of the service; • Maintain the CAMS User Requirements Data Base (URDB) that keeps a record of all user requirements and their analysis and provide ECMWF with a regular analysis and review of its content and products, in particular the most recent ones such as for instance the emissions service element; • Organise and manage co-designed user interaction sessions at national level and on specific topics of transboundary interest; • Support ECMWF in mapping data value chains to serve Copernicus core users; • Enhance insights in user characteristics, including their overarching environmental, societal or political drives; • Provide advice to enhance user experience and insights to engage with new intermediate players to increase user uptake and satisfaction of Copernicus core users. ECMWF intends to award a single Framework Agreement for a period of maximum 32 months, which shall be implemented via a single Service Contract expected to commence in Q4 2025. -WERT: 650 000,00 EUR
