Media relations and reputation management services Beschreibung: The overall objective for these services is to work with the ECMWF Copernicus Services’ Communications team to implement the ECMWF Copernicus Services (CAMS and C3S) Communication Strategy, concretely to deliver the media. The Communication Strategy serves as a guide for the Communication team and the external service providers to achieve ECMWF Copernicus Services’ communication goals. The aims and supporting objectives for communication are mainly to increase awareness, understanding and ultimately usage of Copernicus as a whole and of C3S and CAMS specifically, and building authority and credibility of the programme. ECMWF intends to award a single Framework Agreement for a period of maximum 36 month, which shall be implemented via a single Service Contract expected to commence in October 2025. -

Maintenance and Development of the ECB's Environmental Management System-The European Central Bank (ECB) is seeking suitable candidates through this Call for Applications (CfA) that will be invited to participate in the negotiated procedure for the provision of works and services for the maintenance and development of the Environmental Management System at the ECB. The ECB envisages to award a single framework agreement with an initial duration of 36 months, with the possibility of extension for another 12 months (the ?Contract?). The total duration of the Contract shall not exceed 48 months. Provision of services linked to the production of videos, multimedia assets and associated services - The procurement is aimed at the provision of a range of services linked to the production of social media videos, creative videos with long shelf life and other multimedia assets and associated services. The purpose of these framework contracts is to provide the European Parliament with audiovisual production services, as well as services related to the production of related multimedia services (e.g. radio spot, cinema version of video, formatting and translations) from pre-production to post-production in the required formats for multi- channel distribution and in the 24 EU languages as a minimum. The services will be performed primarily in Brussels (Belgium) and Strasbourg (France), but also in all the remaining EU Member States and beyond upon request.

Study to support the evaluation and review of Audiovisual Media Services Directive-Article 33 AVMSD requires that by 19 December 2026 at the latest, the Commission shall submit to the European Parliament and the Council an ex-post evaluation of the impact of the Directive and its added value, accompanied where appropriate by proposals for its review. This study will be the basis for such ex-post evaluation and possible review of the Directive. Additionally, Article 13 and Article 16 AVMSD require the Commission to report, based on the information provided by Member States and on an independent study, on the application of the AVMSD provisions concerning the promotion of European works,including independent productions in television programmes and on-demand services. The study will have five specific objectives: 1.) Provide the Commission with information and data about the application of the Directive, in particular in the aforementioned areas, in light of the developments of the EU audiovisual market, notably its increasing digitalisation; 2.) Provide the Commission with an objective quantitative and qualitative assessment of the Directive’s implementation, looking particularly at the most significant issues; 3.) With regard to Articles 13, 16 and 17, provide the Commission with information and data required for the monitoring of and reporting on the implementation of the AVMSD rules for the promotion of European works, including independent productions; 4.) Identify, where justified by the above assessment, possible regulatory updates / amendments to the Directive that could bring an improvement to its application and/or to the achievement of its objectives; 5.) Identify and impact-assess the policy options proposed to the Commission to implement the above identified regulatory updates / amendments. The findings of the study will support the Commission's own ex-post evaluation and impact assessment of possible proposals for revision of the Directive and will be used for reporting on European works as required by AVMSD.-WERT: 700 000,00 EUR

The results of the study will contribute to identify those areas in which the Commission’s enforcement practice in merger control could potentially be updated. While the study may cover both horizontal and non-horizontal effects, a particular focus should be placed on horizontal effects.
