Development of digital personas for WHH to support a data driven approach to (potential) donors-At WHH we aim to have a deep understanding of our target groups (current, past and potential new donors). Personalizing our marketing and communication efforts such as donor journeys, mailings and other fundraising activities to the donor’s needs is crucial to maximize funding. For a truly donor-centric approach we not only want to get a clear picture of our existing donor base but also want to unlock new donors and fundraising potentials. To achieve this, WHH wants to use the benefits of digital personas as a data driven way to gain insights into our target groups. We want to avoid stereotypes as much as possible. Instead, the goal is a data driven, realistic and unbiased view at who our current, past and potential new donors are and how we can reach them with our communication and fundraising activities in the most efficient and effective way. We see a lot of potential in the meta data outside of WHH (especially combined with the insights we already have). Additional insights on how to improve our marketing and communication activities to incorporate these personas into our work are very important. Since many different stakeholders at WHH are going to incorporate these personas into their work, they should be easy to understand, easily accessible and transferable into different channels, tools and communication strategies.

Framework agreement for the supply, usage and disclosure of Sustainable & Responsible Investment (SRI) data-The Eurosystem central banks - the National Central Banks (NCBs) of the euro area countries and the European Central Bank (ECB) - have defined common disclosure principles for the climate-related financial disclosures of non-monetary policy portfolios (NMPPs) that they each manage under their own responsibility. These principles are also applied on a best effort basis to the climate-related financial disclosures of the Eurosystem APP and PEPP programmes. These disclosures include greenhouse gas (GHG) absolute and relative emissions as well as the share of green and ESG bonds and they are being continuously enhanced by other SRI metrics. On this basis, all Eurosystem central banks have been publishing annual climate-related financial disclosures since 2023. The SRI data are also used for other purposes, including the analysis, the current and the potential further incorporation of climate change considerations into the monetary policy framework, policy dossiers, climate stress tests and research projects; in this context, the SRI data are also intended to be made available to National Competent Authorities (NCAs) of the banking supervision under the Single Supervisory Mechanism (SSM) that are not central banks. The Eurosystem central banks, as well as other interested non-euro area central banks of the European System of Central Banks (ESCB) and the NCAs, being members of the Eurosystem Procurement Coordination Office (EPCO) (all together the "participating central banks" or "central banks"), are aiming at procuring SRI data from up to two SRI data providers. All references to "participating central banks" or "central banks" in the documents of this procurement procedure shall - unless explicitly stated otherwise - also include NCAs that are not central banks, but members of EPCO

Klayout DRC implementation and optimization-Tender: Klayout DRC implementation and optimization Introduction: IHP GmbH is developing an openPDK for SiGe BiCMOS technology SG13G2 to improve access to this technology. The aim is to promote the training of chip designers in Germany and Europe as a key focus. For analog IC design layout tool KLayout is used. DRC features need to be established for this tool. IHP want to outsource a part of this work. Current Status: - DRC Rule Deck: Most of DRC rules are implemented with a semiautomated approach. 216 DRC rules are not implemented yet. Regularly maintained and currently up to date. - Critical Rules: 91 critical rules are implemented but runtime is slow. A manual DRC implementation has the potential to reduce run time by a factor of 2. - Quality assurance (QA) cells: Layer QA cells and device QA cells to verify DRC implementation are available Scope of Requirement: IHP seeks qualified suppliers to implement missing DRC rules and optimise 91 critical rules. Open Market Consultation (OMC) for a future Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) of R&D (research and development) services on the climate adaptation domain using space and EO (Earth Observation)-based information to prevent and mitigate water related crisis challenges to increase climate resilience in Europe – PCP WISE-This Prior Information Notice announces an OMC and provides early information in preparation for a future PCP carried out by the PCP WISE project (Public Procurement of Innovative Solutions for Water Management from Space).
