EIT Health is seeking to enter into a service agreement with a highly qualified and experienced digital agency or technical service provider to deliver comprehensive website maintenance and support services for its main corporate website. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to ensure that EIT Health"s website remains fully operational, secure, high-performing, and aligned with technical standards and organisational needs. The selected provider will be the technical partner responsible for ongoing maintenance, issue resolution, and development tasks, collaborating closely with EIT Health"s Communications and Engagement team. The website currently runs within the following technical environment: -CMS: WordPress -Hosting platform: WP Engine (https://wpengine.com/) -Version control: Bitbucket (https://bitbucket.org/product/, Git-based source control) -Plugins: ACF Content Analysis for Yoast SEO, ACF: Better Search, Advanced Editor Tools, AnswerPack SEO Add-on, Classic Editor, Duplicate Page, Enable Media Replace, Formidable Forms, Formidable Forms Pro, Formidable Mailchimp, Smush Pro, WPCode Pro, WPML Media Translation, WPML Multilingual CMS, WPML String Translation, Yoast SEO (The provider is not required to have specific prior experience with all listed plugins but must demonstrate technical adaptability to work within comparable WordPress environments). -Third-party integrations: Google Analytics 4 EIT Health expects the selected provider to work within the current stack and workflows. However, should there be a transition to a different CMS, hosting environment, or deployment tooling during the term of the agreement, the provider must demonstrate the capability and flexibility to support such changes without service disruption.
