Event Facility 2025-2026 - FPI.1/2/3 NDICI-The core business of the European Commission’s Service for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI) is to put EU foreign policy into action – fast and flexibly – in a policy-driven approach. It acts as first responder to foreign policy needs and opportunities, focusing on conflict prevention and peace as well as on leveraging the EU’s influence in the world. The Service plays a crucial role in translating the European Commission’s political priorities into external action, in line with the EU’s Global Strategy for Foreign and Security Policy. FPI operates through five Regional Teams (plus antennas) in EU Delegations around the world covering the Americas, West and Central Africa, East and Southern Africa, the Middle East, and the Asia and Pacific regions. Additionally FPI maintains a presence at the EU Delegations in Vienna and Kyiv to cover the Europe and Central Asia region. To support its mandate, FPI intends to organise a series of events throughout 2025-2026. Open Market Consultation (OMC) for a future Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) of R&D (research and development) services on the climate adaptation domain using space and EO (Earth Observation)-based information to prevent and mitigate water related crisis challenges to increase climate resilience in Europe – PCP WISE-This Prior Information Notice announces an OMC and provides early information in preparation for a future PCP carried out by the PCP WISE project (Public Procurement of Innovative Solutions for Water Management from Space). Open Market Consultation (OMC) for a future pre–commercial procurement (PCP) to buy R&D (research and development) services to solve circular economy challenges defined by the participating cities-This pre-commercial procurement (PCP) is carried out by Northern Dimension Partnership on Culture Secretariat in the name and on behalf of the buyers group. This prior information notice (PIN) provides early information about the expected starting date and purchase volume and about the open market consultation (OMC) that is organised in preparation of this pre-commercial procurement (PCP). The procurement aims to trigger new solutions to be developed and tested to address two challenges that correspond to an overarching need to increase the number of concrete practices in the Baltic Sea region that would drive the transition to circular economy. The procurement will be divided into two lots, each corresponding to one sub-challenge.
